Abstract
The efficacy of EM bokashi (BM2) in supplementing feed of broilers was studied, by mixing different ratios of the additive to conventional diets. The use of EM bokashi enhanced growth rates and fed conversion efficiencies, while decreasing fat contents. Serum cholesterol and glucose levels in blood were also reduced by EM bokashi. The benefits of using EM bokashi in enhancing productivity and quality of broilers are presented.
